Having only joined the JustNurses team 3 months ago, Dean is the newest member of our Essex based team.

Dean has made a huge impact on the team, having hit the ground running showing his great work ethic and determination.

Dean has a strong background in recruitment and his experience and knowledge has allowed him to bring lots of fresh new ideas to the desk and is showing great potential for success with JustNurses.

We thought we would ask Dean a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustNurses? I enjoy working in the lively environment as well as working with a great supportive team.

What is your career motivation? I am self-motivated and will strive to be as successful as I can be.

What would you say is your strong point? I am very hard working and persistent, enjoy speaking and building strong relationships with both my candidates and clients.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? Getting my first two Nurses, who I have previously worked with in the past, compliant with JustNurses and placing them out to work within my first month.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? Resourcing candidates and trying to get them compliant as soon as possible.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Spend time with my family and play football every weekend with my friends.
