Rikki-Lee is our newest member to join the Belfast team at JustNurses. She joined 6 months ago after working as a pastry chef and barista at a Starbucks near the office, which our team regularly visited.
After getting to know Rikki-Lee, they knew she would be a great addition to the team due to her friendly and outgoing disposition.
We thought we would ask Rikki-Lee a few questions to help you get to know a little more about her…
What do you enjoy most about working for JustNurses? The people, the Belfast team have been great at welcoming me and showing me the ropes.
What is your career motivation? I want to establish myself within the company. I am very goal orientated, I was brought on to help grow and establish the HCA desk so I am working hard to achieve this.
What would you say is your strong point? My communication skills. I am very personable which makes it easier for candidates to relate to me.
What is your most memorable moment within your role? Placing JustNurses first ever candidate in the Western trust.
What has been your most challenging experience in your role? Establishing relationships with nursing homes throughout Northern Ireland.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I love a good mountain, most weekends I’m hiking and bouldering up at the Mourne Mountains.
