Our Recruitment Consultant, Hannah joined our JustNurses Belfast team in May 2018.

Hannah has been a great addition to the team, she is a very confident and friendly person which is essential for the role as it involves meeting and talking to lots of nurses.

Hannah is very popular both in the office and with the nurses due to her happy disposition and positive attitude. She always helps to motivate the office and keep everyone smiling throughout the day.

We thought we would ask Hannah a few questions to help you get to know a little more about her…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustNurses? I love our JustNurses team, we are very close and always help and motivate each other. It’s also great getting to meet and chat to lots of new candidates and clients every day and it is a role with so much job satisfaction.

What is your career motivation? It’s a great feeling having targets that I’m constantly hitting and improving on. I’m self-motivated so always push myself to achieve the most that I can.

What would you say is your strong point? I would say that I am personable, and this makes it easy for my nurses to relate to me, and vice versa. I invest a lot of time in each candidate and love getting them across the finish line to work for JustNurses.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? My most memorable moment would be making my first placement and getting my very first nurse compliant, this did and still does give me great satisfaction.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? With recruitment you deal with difficult situations and face obstacles every day, but it’s always good to turn these around and into a positive result.

What do you like to do in your spare time? A lot of my spare time is spent turning the house we have just bought into a home! Other than this, I’m out socialising with friends, at the gym or spending time with my dogs.
