Carly is our Nursing Office Manager at our JustNurses branch in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She joined the company 1 year ago and has been a great asset to the team. As well as running the office, Carly also recruits and has contributed massively to the growth of JustNurses, she is the fastest growing consultant on the desk and has made such a big impact over the past year.

We thought we would ask Carly a few questions to help you get to know more about her…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustNurses? I enjoy the daily challenges of recruiting and helping the business grow. I get a buzz from booking nurses shifts and helping them throughout the registration process. When they become fully compliant and able to work I get a feeling of satisfaction.

What is your career motivation? My career motivation is being successful in my field of work, when targets are set I push myself and aim high.

What would you say is your strong point? My strong point is my excellent communication skills, I am relatable, friendly and approachable.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? When I booked my first Nurse to work, joining them on the journey from beginning to end. It was a great feeling!

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? My most challenging experience in my role so far would be managing the rapid growth of the business in Northern Ireland.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Socialising with my friends and family, attending music gigs, I enjoy reading novels (Thrillers/Fantasy) and I am also partial to a bit of karaoke.
