Daniel has been awarded as ODP of the Month due to some positive feedback he received from the theatre management team and the consultant anaesthetists in his trust who submitted a GREATix positive learning report praising his attitude and work ethic!

In particular, he was praised for finding all appropriate equipment in a timely manner, liaising with his colleagues and using a pro-active approach to ensure a safe anaesthetic was delivered in good time.

Daniel’s colleagues saw his actions as very positive and deserving of recognition. It is great to see that the value of the every day work he does in going that little bit further to help patients, relatives and fellow members of staff, has been recognised.

We can all be inspired by Daniel to focus on our communication skills, innovative thinking and making sure that the patient is always the no.1 priority.
